Autumn's Arrival

Interrupting thoughts;
a most sublime dissonance
breaking the minds siege.

Castles rise and fall
inside the grasp of autumn,
caught between seasons.

but once temperance
matched by equal stubbornness,
resolves its nature,

springs arms lie open.
Men of spring should not regret,
leaving Fall behind.

Yet, stubborn habits
color a green world yellow
and chill the leaves orange.
